At Xittoo Sewa, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all users. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling services booked through our platform, whether via our website or mobile app.
Customers can cancel a service booking under the following terms:
Before Service Begins:
You may cancel a booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any penalty. In such cases, any advance payment made will be fully refunded to your original payment method, where applicable.
Within 2 Hours of Service Time:
If you cancel a booking within 2 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost may apply to compensate the service professional for their allocated time.
After Service Begins:
Cancellations after the service has started are not eligible for refund. However, if the professional fails to deliver the service as promised, you may request a resolution or partial refund by contacting our support team at info@xitttoosewa.com.
In rare instances, a service provider may need to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances:
You will be notified as soon as possible via app notification, SMS, or email.
You will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any prepaid amount.
Repeated cancellations by professionals are monitored and may result in removal from the Xittoo Sewa platform.
If the customer is unavailable at the service location without prior notice, and the professional has arrived as scheduled, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
In such cases, no refund will be issued and a 100% cancellation fee may apply.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
For payments made via cash on delivery, refunds will be issued as credit to your Xittoo Sewa account wallet unless otherwise requested.
You may reschedule your service up to 2 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. No additional charges apply for timely reschedules.

Xittoo Sewa reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy as needed. Any changes will be published on our platform, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
